Returns Policy
MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND WARRANTY:
Although we test every unit prior to shipping, very rarely one of
our hand made devices may have a manufacturing defect. All manufacturing
defects are covered by a replacement within 6 months from the purchase
date on the sales receipt. Defective devices must be returned with
a copy of the sales receipt. A replacement will be sent to the original
customer.

RETURNS:
Due to the nature of the Magnetan as a therapeudic device that will
be used by people all over the world for various conditions, for
sanitary and hygenic reasons no product returns are accepted. This
is for the health safety of both our customers and staff, as new
diseases are continually developing (e.g. SARS) and there is no
way to tell what ailment a customer had before a product return.
Instead of having to destroy all returned units in their packaging
to avoid potential contamination, and in turn passing this cost
on the customers in terms of an increased product price, a simple
no return policy has been enacted. This policy is not unusual for
any products that have hygenic issues (e.g. underwear).
